💜 LAVENDER FLOWER — LAVANDULA OFFICINALIS

Lavender has been grown around the Mediterranean for over 2,500 years. The Romans scented their baths with it, and its name comes from the Latin lavare, "to wash". In medieval Europe it was strewn across floors and tucked into linen for its clean, sweet fragrance.

🌱 WHAT YOU RECEIVE • Dried lavender flower buds • Sweet, floral, herbaceous aroma and vivid violet colour • Suitable for herbal tea and tea blending, baking, scented sachets, bath blends and craft • Resealable pouch. Shelf life 24 months.

🍵 HOW TO BREW ½–1 teaspoon per 250ml freshly boiled water. Steep 5 minutes and strain. Lavender is strong, so it's lovely blended with chamomile, lemon balm or black tea.
