A few ideas for Matcha Powder:

Matcha tea
To make matcha tea, you can:
Heat filtered or spring water 
Add a few drops of hot water to matcha powder and mix into a paste with a spoon 
Add more hot water to the paste and stir 
Drink 

Matcha latte
To make a matcha latte, you can:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of matcha powder to a cup 
Add 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix to remove clumps 
Add hot frothy milk and sweetener to taste 
Whisk until smooth and frothy 
Add the remaining milk and stir
