The Root Chakra(Muladhara)
Directions: 2-3 teaspoons in a strainer, brew for 10 minutes. Strain and drink with fresh lemon, honey or mint. This can be drunk before, during or after a meditation on the root chakra. If drunk during a meditation, just take a break, always have the tea ready to drink and try not to break the relaxation that has been attained during your meditation.
Our tea blend comes from an Ayurvedic recipe from information given to me from my spiritual Guru in India. The herbs in the tea have been blessed within a Crystal Skull Grid at the Herbal Monkey Apothecary.
