The Sacral Chakra(Svadhishthana)
Directions: Two teaspoons in a strainer, brew for 10 minutes. Strain and drink with fresh lemon, honey or mint. This can be drunk before, during or after a meditation on the sacrel chakra. If drunk during a meditation, just take a break, always have the tea ready to drink and try not to break the relaxation that has been attained during your meditation.
Our tea blend comes from an Ayurvedic recipe from information given to me from my spiritual Guru in India. The herbs in the tea have been blessed within a Crystal Skull Grid at the Herbal Monkey Apothecary.
Colour - Orange
Lotus - 6 petals
Chakra Function - Rising consciousness, the home of our karma, unfolding joy, faith, self-confidence and energy. Once cleared, karma flows easier.
Negative qualities - Anger, hatred, jealousy, cruelty, desire and pride.
Mantra - VAM, pronounced “vaaaaaaaaamammmm”
This tea will aid your meditation on this chakra to help clear and let the Kundalini energy flow freely.
