Information about Yoni Steaming: Yoni steaming is a form of self care for females. Similar to a facial steam, the blends are packed with natural organic herbs.
How to steam: Bring 7-8 cups of water to the boil, add a quarter cup of Herbal Monkey Yoni Steam Blend herbs to the water, add steam blend to your sitting pot, sit on steam for at least 20 minutes.
When not to steam: Yoni steaming should not be done through your menstrual cycle, or if you are pregnant or have an infections. Instead of Yoni steam blend within this timeframe, use a Herbal Monkey Tea instead. If you are on a fertility journey, please do not steam after intercourse.
