Our Tea infusion is mixed Blue Lotus Flowers & Mugwort herb with some raspberry leaf & chamomile flowers. This tea is excellent before bed for a relaxing nights sleep and is reported to help with dream recall and Lucid dreaming. Some third eye activation in the dream state has also been reported.
